Lesson Structure

Initial assessment: The student hits balls in order to observe their real and natural movement.

Technical analysis: I precisely identify the error(s) that limit performance.

Video analysis (optional): If needed, I use video analysis to visualize the movement and support the technical analysis.

Simplified explanation: I clearly explain the cause of the problem and its impact on the blow.

Targeted correction: I demonstrate the correction to be made using concrete and effective instructions.

Guided practice: The student immediately applies the correction under my supervision.

Independent exercises: I provide specific exercises to practice alone in order to consolidate learning.

Reminder: A clear summary is provided on paper or by email to aid retention.

Discussion period: A final exchange allows for validation of understanding and answers to questions.
